After few months of fighting words....
At last, GST had came to reality in 2015...
Announcement made by the PM in the budget of 2014...
A 6% of GST...
The number seems small, seems like nothing....
But do you all think about it or not???
Some country just start with 3% or 4%...
We come with 6% straight away...
It will be a burden to the people...
It was said that some necessities wont had GST...
But who is going to confirm this until the day it was implemented...
It may not visible to you all...
No GST, but what about increase in price???
A tactic that most people wont notice...
Any how, if the $$ is been used properly or appropriately....
GST is good for our country to reduce the deficit...
But sad is....
Buy expensive is not corruption....
Ministers family with millions and billions are ok....
sad....

Haze....

Ohhh no....
Haze again in our country...
All in a sudden feeling like in the highland...
But sad, it is no...
Still standing in the same old place...
Only in front, blur vision...
Cant see clearly...
Oh haze...
It is back after years...
Come back with power...
So strong, so bad...
Till we the adult also cant stand it...
Oh haze...
because of open burning in neighbour country, we had haze...
but, always the rootcause is from our side also...
The one who did it is from our country...
Because of business, plantation...
All these happened...
Make all the people life here suffer...
Please stop it...

Jonker Walk...
It had been the trade mark of Melaka...
Very fast, this had been more than 10 years...
Time really passed so fast...
Until now, Jonker Walk is so famous...
Until people will say, if you come to Melaka but never step to Jonker Walk mean that you never been to Melaka...
We as Malaccan, are so proud of Jonker Walk...
It was so hard the time it was form...
I was a strong supporter of the Jonker Walk before my first baby was born...
I always will be there for countdowns, celebrations, shows and many mores...

BUT....
It was so sad, disappointed that announcement was made by the government...
A stop on the closure of roads for the stalls on weekends...
What does this mean???
A lost of income for some groups of people...
A lost of trade mark of Melaka...
A lost of income for the Melaka government...
A lost of tourist attraction in Melaka...

Action before thought...
Just for revenge???
Why action only after election???
Playing monkey show???
Find fault on the Chinese???
Really sad, very disappointed...

wah....
haze is back since few days ago..
the haze was so bad last saturday...
seems like in the highland...
yesterday night again it gone bad..
until i awoke from my sleep...
my nose was feeling so uneasy till cant have a good sleep..
again this morning, felt so bad...
the whole body felt tired and headache...
at first feeling good in the office..
but after lunch, feeling the opposite way..
all the air in the office been infected by the haze...
felt drowsy...
almost fainted...
oh my god...
please go away you haze...

Can we live without credit cards???

Credit cards were 1^st introduced in US in 1940s..

A good concept of payment without having to bring lots of cash in hand...

Nowadays, so many people having few credit cards in hand...

Credit cards actually a very convenient type of payment in the modern world...

We are safe of theft with it also...

But we as human being normally misused the advantages of everything...

With credit cards, actually we are spending in advance and payment later...

Lots of young people nowadays never think of their ability for the payment when they spend...

Lots of them being burden by the debts of the credit cards, owing up to few banks sometimes...

Lots of them get bankrupt due to this also as they can’t manage to clear the debts...

Some of them worst as they withdraw money with credit cards as the interest is damn high...

But can we live without a credit card???

Actually we can...

We just need to make a proper planning in spending...

We will not spend if we don’t have money in hand with this actually we spend less...

We also can control ourselves, not following the trend and buying things just to show off. We will know better where we spend the money also and will discipline ourselves in spending ...

With this also, it will automatically make us save more money compared with having credit cards...

But there also are also disadvantages of not having credit cards...

We will have difficulties for booking a flight, car, hotel and so on...

We will need to risk our money and sometime life for carrying large amount of money for payment...

So, advice to all...

Credit card is not a must, but it makes life easier...

With credit card, spend wisely and make sure you clear the bill monthly. Else you are getting yourself in trouble...

Is it too late for saving???

Actually lots of people nowadays have this question in mind...

Am I too late in saving???

Due to current economic conditions, lots of people have no much savings.

Standard of living had increased so much, with the current earnings, it is enough for the people to go through normal life...

With the current earning also, some having hard time to own a house, a car...

With some saving, most people will buy 1^st car with loan in hand, 2^nd house with loan in hand, 3^rd get married with some parent supports, 4^th having kids...

With these 4 main things done, most people already been the labour of the bank as the loan for house and cars still on-going. Moreover kids to support.

With kids also, education now is not as cheap as last time. Always heard government said education is free, but not really. Still need to buy work books, revision books, school uniform, shoes, extra bills in school and many more. When they get older, more and more to spend and planning need for the kids when they want to further their studies...

But bare in mind, it is never too late for us for saving...

1^st of all, we need to set a target. How much we want, but this target must be realistic. Don’t think of saving 1 millions with a salary less than 10k except you have a good investment done.

2^nd have a plan. What you want to do in your retirement times. What investment you want to make after saving some money to multiply it or grow money with the money in hand.

3^rd get rid of your bad debts. Plan to get rid of the bad debt can help you a lot where you will have less worry in days to come (example: credit cards debt with high interest rate).

4^th make some good investment in good stocks. Some stocks giving good dividend can think f it. Normally the good stocks won’t have big dropped or fluctuate in the price where the investors will loss the initial investment. So get an eye on it.

5^th don’t think start small will not success. This is because everything also start with small portion, when we had built up a small mountain, it is time to get a big mountain with the small one. Earn money with money.

So, don’t give up. No matter how old are we, we still can make the saving and plan for our future.

What went wrong causing the retiree loss the money

In our country, the pension age is 55 years old...

But when working, most people will need to save money in the pension fund (EPF)...

When come to age of 50, they can withdraw partial of the money...

Followed by full withdrawal when they are pensioned...

Most of the people will make the full withdrawal when they pension...

What they spend on then???

There are main few things they did with the money they had...

Some of the people only manage to have that big amount of money after years of hard work...

1.       Too much money in a blink, they don’t have a proper planning what to spend and simple spend the money, like buying a new car, too much travelling or holiday plan. So within 5 years, all gone.

2.       With the money, some of them plan to do some small business. Without a good planning, most of them failed and loss the money. Only the vital few manage to get through this.

3.       Invest in share market; some of them see people can easily earn money from this share market. As they are so free already, the want to make some fast money through this way. They thought with them monitoring it all day they can make some fast money. But normally they are wrong also.

4.       Lots of the people bought a house in their early 30s to late 30s. So when they pension, they still owing the banks on the house loans. With the money some of them think is better to pay of the debts, but they never plan for any emergency cases and end up with not enough money for the days to come.

5.       To optimistic about their own health. Due to hard work, lack of enough rest earlier, family health history and etc. , some people feel too optimistic about their own health conditions that they never plan for the worst to come. When the ages increase, more and more health problem occurs, all this need money to cure or get better. So still end up with nothing after spending the money in health care.

Above just few of the mistake examples. But still more than these. So we need to plan for our future. Make sure we had enough when our old days come.

EC without siding any side of the party...
Our election just passed...
Declared by them, a clean and fair election was held...
But what we see were different...
1. Foreign people with IC went to vote???
2. Police protecting the foreign people to vote???
3. Police help to send unknown vote boxes to the voting station after voting period???
4. Taxi to send unknown vote boxes to the voting station after voting period???
5. Voting boxes reach the counting area near to midnight???
6. Vote boxes dropped from the sky???
7. EC member bring vote papers out???
8. EC asking opposition counting agent only to go out of the counting area???
9. and many more....

with all these....
do you think it is still a clean and fair election?????

with the election done..
but dissapointed with the way they win it...
no choice...
what to do...
as in this country, all are link to each other include the Election Commisions, Police, Army, etc...
so we want a change for better life..
they block it..
cos they scared of losing..
scared of the impact from losing...
lost of work???
lost of $$$???
or end up in jail???
