English or Malay Language

English or Malay language is better???
What is the best language to teach the students in science and maths???
Had to decide...
With all the people from every races opposing the decision made by the education department to change from mother tongue language and Malay language to English...
With the aim to increase the capability of the students to handle the English language, the decision was made by force...
All must follow...
After few years and the "white mouse" students complete the "test" by the educational department, the DPM now announced that he want to change back teaching language back to Malay...
Again, all lots of people opposing the idea...
This time, DPM said... result of the subjects dropped...
Ability to handle English also not achieved...
But he never think back, the time people opposing the idea was just for fund???
Making the teaching language to English really can help the students to handle the English language???
Why not increased the classes for English language rather than changing the teaching language of other subjects???
Why not increased the level or capability if the English teachers instead of what had done earlier???
And now, the people and students, teachers all had managed to suit themselves to the situation, now again a change is announced...
Only 1 thing can be said with the related department...
NEVER THINK BEFORE DO ANYTHING...
MAYBE NO BRAIN TO THINK OR WHAT...
NO STUDIES BEEN MADE BEFORE DECISION DONE...

MONORAIL MELAKA

Monorail a mean of transport to ease the traffic jammed in big cities...
in our small state also has one short monorail...
not to ease the traffic jammed, but for tourism purposes...
being built with a big budget of RM16millions...
a budget big enough to build a longer and better monorail, but just for a short distance (1.6km)...
Grand opening by CM last year, but to our dismay the monorail down after 4 hours of using...
then until now, so many times that it had been down...
sometime for long periods and sometimes for few days...
I myself had been to the monorail area >5 times, but each time there was a notice stating it was down for maintenance...
so what had happened to the monorail???
money spent just for what??? for maintenance???
this really illogical...
RM16 millions spent, just like throw into the sea...
how to gain back the investment done???
or the state goverment planned for a non-profitable monorail project???
RM16 millions... money from the taxpayers...
spent without any return is not acceptable...
somemore excuses being given on and off by the related personels...
dissappointed...
MELAKA must change...
the melaccans must wake up from sleep for a change...

What is corruption???

What actually means corruption???
Corruption means the act of corrupting or state of being corrupt or bribery...
This word is so sentitive so some of the people and actually meaningless to some...
Corruption is not only talking about money, it also include gift and any special treatment like meals, entertainments and many more those can consider as corruption acts...
We know how bad the corruption in the one's company, among the police offices, government departments, politics and many mores...
But we are so dissappointed with our so called the independent MACC...
The more investigation and result published by them, the more dissappointed we are...
After the Audit, things been purchased with higher price, with different quality from the quotation, quantity varies and worst were things never been delivered...
MACC still can say, buy things with higher price do not mean corruption...
It is only the market survey was not done correctly...
This statement can come out from them???
if the price is <20% of the normal price maybe we can say that...
but now, lots of things having price that can be 1800% higher than normal...
still can blame the market survey???
then must blame the personels and the officers which were not doing their jobs correctly...
this give us the impression that the MACC also not doing their jobs correctly...
we the taxpayers are paying these people salaries, paying their elauns and many more...
but stupid acts and stupid statement been done by all these people...
they are not idiots, they are so clever that tons of our money had gone just in a click...
just like chipsmore, NOW YOU SEE NOW YOU DON'T....
our country are very rich, rich of natural resources, good in plantation, manufacturing and more...
but sad, now someone talk about out country being bankrupt also...
all this happened just because of the corruption in our country had been so bad and getting worse to worst...
and also it had been happening for so long...
hand to hand, only continue the act of corrupting...
noone say stop, as everyone doing this is so happy...
easy money come and come, making them rich and richer...
so, we must help ourselves, help our country get us out of the cirruption...
it is a must, else we will face bankrupt also...
we need a change...
a change that only can safe us...
because the MACC and the ruling parties cant be trusted any more...
