inflation... wah so badly happened now a days...
can say everything price is increasing...
from a small thing like drinks to big things like houses, lands...
thinking and thinking...
with the current salary and also the increment rate...
how are we going to survive???
i know some people have great increment, maybe >10% annually or bi-annually...
but for most of the people, it is too much...
some only 5% to 6%, <10% annually...
some worst, no increment at all although the government said the economy is in good shape...
so, how are these people going to survive???
there are still lots of things queuing up for price increase...
really out of mind now...
a simple house also may cost >200k...
no more such a cheap house, except the low cost house...
but, there is a lot of people out there is not qualified to buy the lost cost house...
due to the income more than the target that set by the government...
and also, to buy, need to have 'cables' with the related people...
so... how???
with such a small salary....
need to pay house loan or rent, car loan or transport, petrol if has car, eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, children expenses if has children, insurance and many more...
how are we going to survive??? i really cant think of the future or the coming years...
sad...
we cant think of now only...
plan for future...
but no $$$ how to do so???

Contradiction
Contradiction between the actions and words from the state government
Monorail vs Eye of Malaysia…
Rolled out of the monorail in the tourist area…
Launched day also full of incidents…
Lots of bad images due to the so called ‘technical problems’ from the train…
After launched also, only few days of services…
Then only put a plate there informing that down for service…
What s stupid hell project is that???
So much $$$ had been spent on this WHITE ELEPHANT project…
Earlier, the state government talked big and bought the EYE of Malaysia…
Put at the river mouth of MELAKE RIVER…
When people said it is a losing business, some stupid people said it was good, got so many people visiting…
If the business was so good??? Why it cant pay back the loan that so called big debts…
Until it had to be taken back???
Also the stupid government still blamed the other parties for questioning the losing business…
Halo… dun talked big… do what we can… don’t do losing business with the taxpayer $$$...
Monorail, they said… China made monorail no good, going to propose Europe monorail…
Wah again spend $$$, never use brain to think when investing???
Small company also have cost comparison la… Why not a state government???
Some more invest with our $$$???
Then later on… Eye of Malaysia being taken back…
Now what the government said… haiyo… no worry la…
We are going to invest on China made, bigger and higher…
What is this??? Why in the 1st place never think 1st before invest???
We are very concerned… in Melaka itself, so many WHITE ELEPHANT projects…
More and more… Non stop…
We really concern is it investing for the profitable business or losing business…
They are thinking for the profit of the government or the profit of their own pockets???
We really do not know…
